Every property portal makes you answer the hardest question first — where. rielty never asks it. You describe the life you want ("my 14-year-old needs to walk to a good secondary school, 3 beds, under £450k") and the engine finds where that life exists. Location is an output, not a required input.

Under the search box sits the full sold history of 15.8 million homes across England & Wales — every Land Registry transaction since 1995 — enriched with schools (including Ofsted-era ratings and primary/secondary phase), real walking routes to stations, woodland and coast, police-recorded crime context and planning activity. Live for-sale listings arrive through a free feed that estate agents' existing software already speaks.

How recommendations work

Your description is decomposed into explicit, inspectable constraints — each one shows as a removable chip, so you always see exactly what we understood. Results are plain database matches against those constraints: budget is a hard filter that nothing can override, distances are measured along real walking routes, and every card explains why it matched. Nothing is ranked by payment, and no claim is made that the data can't back — see data sources.
