Data sources & licences
Everything rielty shows comes from open public data. What "15.8M homes" means: the sold-price history of 15.8 million properties — not 15.8 million homes for sale. Live listings come separately, from participating estate agents.

Honesty rules we hold ourselves to
- Absence of data never becomes a claim — no crime data means no crime sentence.
- Sold prices are always labelled "market example, not for sale".
- Crime is shown as area-level context in plain words (how the crime data works) — never "safe" or "dangerous" labels.
- Broadband is the percentage of premises in the postcode that can order a service — never a promise about one home, and never the speed you would get.
- Estimated fields say so — "4 (est.) beds" is an estimate from EPC records.
- Nothing is ranked by payment.
